Featuring an optimal Li-Ion battery performance, the upgraded Li-ion battery with a large capacity provides a 1.5s recycling time and 650 full-power flashes, compared to traditional AA battery-powered flashes. The power source is an 11.1v/2000mAh Li-ion battery, and the flash powers off automatically after approximately 90s of idle operation (or 60min if set as a receiver).

Equipped with the Godox 2.4G Wireless X System, the V860II has a built-in 2.4GHz radio receiver for full power control and triggering without the need for an attached receiver. Just one radio transmitter such as X1T, X2T, Xpro, XproII, or others allows full control over all V860II flash units. Make sure to choose the corresponding model when purchasing the flash and transmitter (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Olympus, Panasonic, and Pentax).

The V860II also features quick attaching accessories with the S-R1 Round head accessories adapter, allowing for creative light effects and flexibility. Various flash modes such as TTL, Manual, and Multi-flash modes, with functions like HSS, FEC, FEB, and rear curtain sync, offer unlimited creativity.
